Thank you, Dallas
What a weekend that was. The brats hit the griddle at sunup and the brisket never got a breather, and y'all kept the line long enough to prove the casing snap carried clear past the beer tent. Thank you to everyone who found the teal tent and ordered with both hands.
The crew wore the lederhosen, the steins got heavy, and the grill stayed loud right through the last chord on the main stage. Oktoberfest Dallas 2026 went by in a blur of smoke and polka, and we loved every minute of it.
The festival packed up, but the pit never really cooled off. The same brisket and brats that drew the line on the hill are back where they live, at 9090 Skillman, waiting on you.

What's on the Pit
Oktoberfest runs on bratwurst, and ours is the reason people find the tent. Brats spend the morning in the smoker, then hit the grill at the tent for the casing snap you can hear from the beer line. That alone would be a good day. Kraut on top, a cold stein sweating in your other hand while the band finds its second wind. Most tents would stop right there and take the compliment.
Then the brisket shows up. Chopped, smoky, still warm from the pit, piled on the brat until the bun gives up trying to close. Prefer pulled pork? Same pile, same pit, your call. Bratwurst under smoked meat, kraut holding on for dear life. We call it a Braterosa, and it comes with a two-hand warning. Oktoberfest may never call it anything else. Want the lighter lift? Our smoked hot dog takes the same pile and becomes the Hot Dogerosa.
Flag Pole Hill sits in Lake Highlands, a few minutes from our pit on Skillman, so everything arrives with the smoke still talking. Look for the tent with the dancing peppers on top and follow the line.
Tickets and parking are the festival's call. Check oktoberfestdallas.com (opens in a new tab) before you head out.
